We have finally gotten around to sprucing up the downstairs bathroom and just wanted to show you some before and after photos. We had to get an electrician to rewire the bathroom and a plumber to replace some turn of the century ;-) bathroom hardware, but we did all the rest, which included(but definitely was not limited too...) tearing down and replacing the old cracked, sagging plaster ceiling with a new bead board ceiling. I love to paint, but I've done so much of it recently that I really don't want to see another paint brush for awhile.
